All SDS MicroMasters courses are offered on MIT Learn and follow the MIT Learn Refund Policy.
Learners may receive a refund on paid Offerings if they submit a formal request within seven days of payment or seven days after the Offering starts, whichever is later—with an absolute maximum of 170 days from the payment date.
To receive a refund, learners should email mitlearn-support@mit.edu with their full name and order number. Refunds will be applied to the original payment method and may take up to two billing cycles to process.
Exclusions to our Refund Policy are as follows: no refund if the learner has completed the Offering, which is defined as accessing all required modules, completing/submitting required assessments, or earning a Certificate. Moreover, once the Refund Period ends, all payments are final with no exceptions. No refund will be given if MIT terminates access for a material breach of the terms that isn't cured within 30 days of written notice.
