The Leading Teams course consists of various types of assignments that aim to enhance the learning experience and practical application of the concepts. These assignments include:
- Self-assessment: Students engage in self-assessment activities to evaluate their understanding of the course material and their progress.
- Multiple-choice and checkbox questions: Students answer multiple-choice and checkbox questions to reinforce their knowledge of the core concepts covered in the course.
- Self-reflection activities: Students participate in self-reflection activities where they apply the course principles to their own work environment and processes.
- Scenario-based learning: Students engage in scenario-based learning activities that simulate real-world team situations, allowing them to apply their knowledge and problem-solving skills.
- Discussions with the course community: Students participate in discussions with their peers and the course community, sharing their experiences, insights, and perspectives on team leadership and management.
- Application activities: Students have opportunities to apply the conceptual material they have learned to real-world case studies and problem-solving exercises.

All assignments are due at the end of the course, and successful completion of these assignments is required to pass the course. The course content is structured into five categories: Explore, Practice, Apply, Share, and Assess.
