If you encounter a bug or other technical issue with Universal AI content or within the Universal AI courseware, we would like to know about it.
The Universal Learning program is very new, and there are bound to be bugs. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused, and would very much appreciate your assistance. Please report any bugs or technical issues you encounter by following these steps:
Gather information:
- Prepare a detailed description of the issue you are experiencing. The more information you can provide, the better we can understand the problem and the faster we will be able to resolve it
- If at all possible, include a screenshot or screen capture video of the issue.
- Ensure that you capture the problem accurately, including any error messages present.
- As best as possible, please capture your entire browser window, including the Location/URL Bar. This information helps us immensely to identify and locate issues efficiently.
- Provide a link (URL) for the specific webpage(s) you were on when you experienced the issue. This also allows us to troubleshoot issues faster and more easily.
