No, you cannot apply for Financial Assistance for the whole MMFin MicroMasters program. Financial Assistance for the MMFin program is awarded on a per-course basis.
You must apply for Financial Assistance separately for each MMFin course, subject to certain restrictions.
- Note: Because Financial Assistance is only offered on a per-course basis, it is incompatible with the MIT Learn platform's Program Bundle purchase option.
For example, Assistance can only be provided for one MMFin course per learner during each of the three MMFin semesters offered each year. Any additional Applications submitted by the same learner during a single semester will be disregarded—only the first application will be considered for assistance. All Applications that do not meet the eligibility requirements will not be considered for Financial Assistance.
- Note: This limit does not apply to the MMFin Comprehensive Final Exam (CFx) course, because these course sessions operate on a different schedule of availability.
Additionally, if you receive and apply Financial Assistance to pay for an MMFin course, you must pass the course in that session to be eligible to receive further Assistance in other MMFin courses.
